The Community Christmas Store is embarking on an ambitious journey to make a difference in the lives of local families this holiday season. Our goal? To raise $120,000 through the 100x100 Campaign – an effort to gather 100 donors to commit to $100 a month for 12 months.

This campaign isn’t just about hitting a number. It’s about providing essential support to families in Roanoke County, Craig County, Salem, and Vinton during the holidays. Each dollar raised will go directly toward helping families receive food, clothing, toys, and home essentials when they need it most.

For over 30 years, the Community Christmas Store has served as a beacon of hope, spreading holiday cheer and ensuring that no family has to go without the basics. However, each year we face a significant challenge: finding a space large enough to accommodate our store and our families comfortably. The funds raised through the 100x100 Campaign will not only support this year’s store but also help us take a giant step toward securing a permanent location.

A permanent home would transform the way we operate. It would provide a stable, reliable space for receiving donations, storing inventory, and hosting events year-round. More importantly, it would ensure that our volunteers and families have a consistent, safe, and welcoming environment to come together and make the holidays a little brighter.

We’re kicking off the campaign with a community event at Blaze Pizza on April 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Join us for delicious pizza, where 20% of sales will be donated when you use code "1413A". We’ll also be accepting cash donations at the event and providing information on upcoming fundraisers.
