I've always had a passion for education and it is one of the fundamental aspects of my family. My grandfather, Randolph Jones had to sacrifice his formal education in order to help provide for his family, something I'm sure many of you can understand. In memory of him and my grandmother, Carrie Bell Jones, my mother and I began "The Bell-Jones Foundation" as a way to contribute to the education of local and nationwide students.
Afterwards I began "The 1033 Foundation" in order to contribute to my other passion, music. The 1033 foundation is how I have been able to do the "Developing Artist" program & aid my students that have an interest in music creation and music technology.
As this school year ends I want to begin work on my next goal of providing music technology to local elementary after school programs. In previous years we have given scholarships to graduating seniors, I would love to be able to do that as well.
I would like to also extend my thanks to everyone who has donated towards either foundation in previous years.
