Welcome to YouGood?, a monthly donation-based men's healing circle program at the Crenshaw Family YMCA, presented by WalkGood LA and YMCA.

Open to all ages and backgrounds, this experience allows attendees to engage in honest and vulnerable conversation in a safe space, while also making space for guided movement, meditation and other wellness practices. If you'd like to bring your son to YouGood?, we welcome it.

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend wearing flexible and comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, journal/pen, & water.

REQUIRED WAIVERS

PLEASE NOTE: There are multiple waivers to complete, the YMCA waiver and the WalkGood LA waiver (plus forms for minors, if applicable). At check-in, our team will verify both waivers have been signed. If they have not been signed previously, you will be asked to complete the waivers on site prior to participating. Thank you for understanding and completing these waivers before arrival!

If you have signed a WalkGood LA waiver this year, you do not need to sign it again.
