Our mission is to create a sustainable future and support the next generation of environmental leaders through thoughtful partnerships and engaging youth programing. We are helping adopt climate solutions within our communities and providing locally tailored solutions for the Aurora/Naperville region that will drive meaningful change and contribute to a healthier planet.

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions will drive other co-benefits, including improved health, better indoor and outdoor air quality, cost savings, and job creation.

We work to build the next generation of environmental leaders through our youth program, Building Leadership Around Sustainable Transformation (BLAST). We partner with the Green Energy Justice Cooperative to bring affordable, clean energy to DuPage County.

Accelerate Climate Solutions was founded to fill a gap between climate solutions and on the ground implementation. We do this through education, stakeholder engagement, and business recognition. Working locally allows us to interact directly with local decision makers, from homeowners to business owners to government officials. Building relationships based on shared goals is a key to success. Involving stakeholders across generations creates community and brings joy to the work.
