At Twelve3One Ministries, we don't just offer temporary relief. We build lasting relationships that empower local leaders and individuals and inspire them to restore their communities. These people are already in the trenches, offering love, trust, and care to those who need it most. By supporting them, we help create sustainable transformation that can break the cycle of fatherlessness and bring healing to those who have suffered.
Twelve3One Ministries is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on people of all ages in Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees across Europe. Our name is rooted in the idea of spiritual fatherhood — addressing what we describe as "spiritual fatherlessness," the deep wound of abandonment that affects so many, especially young people in war-torn Ukraine.
There are a few things that we feel set us apart in our approach:
T3O’s core mission is to introduce people to God as Father — not just meeting physical needs, but addressing a deeper spiritual and relational void. Many years ago, we began with Ukrainian orphan care and recognized that fatherlessness was the root issue underneath, and it extends generationally and across the entire country.
Our work is distinctive — it is grassroots and partnership-focused. Rather than running our own programs, we identify and support local leaders already embedded in their communities doing long-term relationship-based ministry. We ask a simple question — “How can we help?” We provide resources and support so our in-country partners can sustain their work without burning out.
Those we serve include fatherless children, refugee teens being bullied in new countries, women vulnerable to exploitation, and young men with no one to turn to.
Our operational model is lean and relational with a Christ-centered model — presence over programs, long-term over short-term. We believe that's a compelling vision.
