"There is no greater purpose in life than to serve your fellow man" is one of my favorite quotes. This sentiment has fueled my passion for service and is one of the reasons why I joined the Atlanta Chapter of 12 Days of Christmas. I wholeheartedly believe in our mission to serve families and children in need thereby strengthening the communities around us. And my favorite holiday to spread joy and cheer is Christmas! 

When I was a young girl, my family and I volunteered to provide meals at a homeless shelter every Christmas morning. I looked forward to this time of service all year. 

Now, as an adult, I still look forward to the spirit of giving that always seems to be more alive at Christmastime. This year, we are partnering with the extraordinary Coretta Scott King Young Women's Leadership Academy (CSKYWLA). I simply cannot wait to gift these young women a Christmas they won't forget.
