The portal to the 143rd Dimension has been activated. This campaign was started to fund our 2022 festival. It was truly a beautiful event. We were hosted by The Lab and Oakland Secret. Nearly 30 performers graced the stages showcasing art that transcended genre and connected us across diasporas.

Since the 2022 event, we have started a youth music program. The first ever session was June 12th - 17th, with just six volunteers, we provided a week of instrument instruction, guided band practice, immersive workshops, and lunchtime performers to 24 students ages 8 -17. At the end of the week, the six new bands formed at camp, performed for a live audience.

We are continuing to raise money to support The Multivrs is Illuminated. Currently, any funds raised will be invested into 2023's festival. Exciting news!!! The festival is in two geographic locations this year! The film screening will be hosted by Artist's Television Access in SF, CA on July 27th.

The 143rd Dimension MiniFest featuring bands, DJs, and other live performances will be in Tucson, AZ. September 1st - 3rd, 2023.

The Multivrs Is Illuminated started as a four day music and art festival centering Queer Black and Brown artists across diasporas. The festival is always 100% free with free food and a dedication to accessibility. The goal of the event is to provide an uplifting and healing space where people can revel in music and joy. The inaugural event featured 29 bands, 10 DJs, four short films, three performance artists, and an improv workshop led by members of Sun Ra Arkestra. We were completely funded and supported through our community. Each was free, food was always present and every performer was compensated. 2020 brought the Multivrs to the digital realm. 2022 The Multivrs returns irl to SF,CA with events streaming worldwide.

Our expenses are around $10,000 , we are fundraising $6200 which will pay artists. Every event is free, open to the public with an emphasis on accessibility and with delicious food so we can break bread together. Fundraising ensures the longevity of the festival. Our goal is to take this show on the road in 2023!

The Multivrs returns, August 12th and 13th, 2022, SF, CA (irl) and streamed through the digital void. Again, there is an expansion on the original theme. This time it’s the WORLD WIDE CULT OF LOVE (WWCL). WWCL acknowledges that capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy, and gender binaries are arms of the colonial cult of death. Through distraction, dividing us into hierarchies and exploitation they attempt to deny the power of our divinity. Our love, unity, and dynamic visions for a new world create a power beyond measure. The 143rd Dimension is an offering to the World Wide Cult of Love because every act we take to love ourselves, love one another, to redistribute wealth and resources and especially for Black and Brown people, to bring our creative visions to life is a revolutionary act.

The 143rd Dimension will feature 22 bands, 10 DJs, films, visual and performance art. All curated by and centering Black and Brown artists. We are incredibly excited for a weekend of expansion, joy and celebration and good grimy fun.
