When we started in 1981, we had the goal of evolving and changing with the issues that face women all over the world. As we grew, we instilled an intersectional framework. Our work widened to include all gender-identities, integrating racial construct, sexuality, socioeconomic position, ethnicity, disability, and size as integral to our work. Following the path of other intersectional feminist leaders, we work hard to provide cutting-edge psychodynamic training for all mental health practitioners in the New York area.
