This campaign is to raise funds for an Official American Civil War Reenactment of Black Civil War hero, Captain Andre Cailloux's historic funeral procession. This is the FIRST Civil War reenactment for the City of New Orleans, it's the FIRST honoring a Black civil war hero, and the FIRST in the country to be done partially in giant 10-12ft marionette puppets.
