Sustainers make recurring monthly, quarterly or yearly donations to support services, programs and facilities. Sustainers attend our Sunday dances and seasonal services for free/by donation. Sustainers also get the first opportunity to register for events and receive special invitations to occasional, more intimate gatherings.  

This fundraising campaign was launched in 2022. The initial round of donations ($43,000) helped us to realize Phase 1 of barn renovation which included a new, code-compliant stairwell, a massive cleaning and removal project, floor and foundation repair, new stalls for compost toilets, roof repairs, a few window openings, a finished dance floor, legal work, a lot of labor, and a new sound system!  If you're interested to read more detail, here's a spreadsheet with a breakdown and also what's on the agenda for the Phase 2 wish/to-do list (hence the much larger financial goal).  

Upcoming repairs/renovations include:

• the addition of a reclaimed stained glass rose window on the eastern wall this spring
• a major barn roof repair
• a new shed/carport to house the mower and woodworking tools so we can open up and renovate the downstairs in the barn 
• we're currently (January 2025) in conversation with a design and build team to consider next steps in the barn renovations--windows along the southern wall, foyer completion, plumbing upgrade, and more surprises and drawings to come soon
