Our mission is to intervene in the cycles of homelessness and poverty, walking alongside individuals on their journey toward stability and hope. We are more than just a charity; we are a community committed to fostering compassion, dignity, and integrity for those who need it most.

What We Do

Every day, our dedicated team is on the ground, offering support through our street outreach and case management programs. We connect with people experiencing homelessness, listening to their stories, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that empower them to take the next steps toward a better life. Our programs ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to essential resources and support. Whether it's providing transportation, distributing clothing, or offering a hot meal, we meet people where they are—physically, emotionally, spiritually, and geographically.

Our Impact

From January to July this year, we helped 32 households find a place to call home. These are not just numbers; they represent lives changed, hope restored, and futures made brighter. Through our case management program, we have supported individuals like our client who, after nearly 40 years of heroin use, found the strength to enter detox and long-term treatment. Stories like these remind us of the resilience and strength within every individual and inspire us to continue our work with unwavering dedication.

Our annual Community Homelessness Needs Assessment, where we listen directly to those experiencing homelessness, guides our programs and advocacy efforts. We only offer programs and services that people experiencing homelessness tell us they want and need, putting us at the forefront of designing solutions grounded in the experiences and perspectives of the unhoused.
