Having faced challenges with mental health and learning differences, including anxiety and sensory processing issues, I know how crucial it is to have the right tools for emotional growth. As a highly sensitive person (HSP) who struggled to find resources that resonated with my unique experiences, I was inspired to create a method that addresses these specific needs. My SEL Dance Method was developed to offer these tools, helping those who navigate the world differently to find healing and personal development through dance.
