Rescuing the dogs in most serious need often is very expensive. These expenses often exceed what we take in through adoption fees alone. Rather than increasing our adoption fees we have decided to create this Medical Expense Fund where all the monies raised will go directly to medical bills.

We have recently taken in 4 Heartworm positive dogs which has increased our bills and then there is Nathan. Nathan is a 2 yr old Lab mix who came to us being treated for Heartworm. He now has an enlarged heart, severe pneumonia and is on strict crate rest. He is the sweetest boy and we are working hard to give him a fighting chance. Nathan will be with us for a while and with that our medical bills will be growing exponentially.
