We’re two sisters— Denise & Barb St. Pierre—who love cycling, exploring, and doing our small part to protect this beautiful planet we call home. For us, the Cylcle Hope Ride isn’t just about covering 1,600 miles—it’s about connecting with people, raising awareness, and having a little fun along the way.

Starting April 10th, we’ll pedal from Miami, Florida to Provincetown, Massachusetts, following the East Coast Greenway. Since 1991, the Greenway has linked major cities and small towns from Maine to Florida—15 states and over 450 communities—encouraging active lifestyles, sustainable transportation, and climate-friendly living. It’s the perfect backdrop for a journey fueled by curiosity, passion, and a love of the open road.

Through this ride, we hope to bring people together to support sustainable energy, civic engagement, and the defense of democracy. Donations from the ride will go toward the East Coast Greenway and Third Act, a group mobilizing people over 60 to take bold action on climate and democracy.

Most of all, we hope to inspire civic engagement that empowers collective action—to protect the planet, ensure justice, and build a clean energy future rooted in equity and shared responsibility.
