EduFEST is marking its 5th anniversary, and we aim to make this celebration monumental! Our event is a crucial platform to raise awareness about the challenges facing educators and highlight our efforts to address these issues. The teacher shortage is a national concern, but Georgia is experiencing one of the most severe statewide shortages. With high attrition rates, particularly among new teachers, and fewer individuals entering the profession, EduFEST is more important than ever. Our mission is to EMPOWER, APPRECIATE, SUPPORT, ADVOCATE, and build a COMMUNITY for educators. By providing a supportive environment and valuable resources, we strive to reduce attrition and encourage teachers to remain in or return to the profession. We are celebrating five years of making a difference and supporting those who educate our future generations!
