High Country Adaptive Sports (HCAS) is a nonprofit dedicated to making the outdoors accessible for everyone, regardless of ability. Through adaptive equipment, trained volunteers, and inclusive programs, HCAS empowers individuals with disabilities to experience the joy of skiing, biking, climbing, and more across Northern Arizona’s beautiful landscapes.

The Box Studio, a locally owned fitness studio in Flagstaff, shares that same spirit of empowerment—bringing people together through movement, community, and sweat. Known for its dynamic spin classes and passionate instructors, The Box believes fitness should be fun, supportive, and accessible.

Together, HCAS and The Box Studio have created a unique partnership that blends purpose with passion. By hosting outdoor fundraising spin classes, The Box provides a space (and some serious energy!) to raise vital funds for HCAS programs. In turn, HCAS brings meaningful impact and deeper connection to every ride, reminding everyone what’s possible when we move with intention and heart.

This collaboration is more than a workout—it’s a movement for inclusion, and every ride helps make that mission a reality.
