Teaching Therapy’s Rooted in Resilience Program gives students the tools to navigate life with more confidence, calm, and clarity. Through emotional awareness, self-regulation, and expressive art, students learn what to do before challenges become crises. And the growth we’re seeing? It’s real — and it shows exactly why this work matters.

We have completed a pilot program this fall and want to extend our service offerings!
