Battle of the Alumni Decades: 2000s

The Friends of McKellar Park invite 2000s alumni to join the Battle of the Alumni Decades during Homecoming! This friendly competition is raising funds to build a new bathhouse/shelter at the McKellar Park Swim Pond, which officially opened on August 1.

The planned facility will include family restrooms with universal changing stations, outdoor showers, office space, and storage areas, along with accessibility upgrades such as a Mobi-mat, cement ramp, and paved path — making the pond and beach welcoming and usable for everyone.

By giving through the 2000s Alumni page, you’ll show your class pride and help your decade climb the leaderboard. The alumni decade that raises the most will be announced at 9 p.m. during the Homecoming Street Dance!

Every gift makes a difference and helps carry forward the tradition of McKellar Park as the heart of our community. Let’s see if the 2000s alumni can take home the title!
