Each year, a group of parent volunteers work diligently to organize the "After Prom" party for high school students that attend the annual high school prom.  In order to fund this event, parents rely on individuals and businesses to give monetary or prize donations that are used to provide food, entertainment and prizes for the students.  These activities and prizes keep the students at the event all night, and entice them to return to the "After Prom" party following prom each year.
