Story

The Central Florida Chapter was incorporated in 1998 as a 501c(3) organization.

We accomplish our mission by executing programs aligned with our 5 Channels of Engagement which reflect the areas of high-impact and improvement opportunities that our members, supporters and community relies on for assistance and leadership. These are Leadership, Education, Career, Lifestyle, and Entrepreneurship.

Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT), our high school mentoring and professional development program is designed to expand the cadre of Central Florida students who will one day become our future business and community Leaders. LOT® activities focus on Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Readiness, Career Preparation, and Life & Soft Skills. Through monthly workshops, mentoring and business case critical skills development series, the program seeks to provide students with the tools necessary to be successful in their collegiate endeavors and teaches basic business acumen to prepare them for the workforce. Each year is also an opportunity to send students to the National Leadership Summit and Case Competition where they attend value added workshops and compete for scholarships.
