We are so glad to have continued our mission of hospitality in 2023. Valle Crucis offers a safe, comfortable, beautiful place for guests—both new and returning—to reset, reconnect and renew. We cherish welcoming folks who desperately need to reconnect with each other, with God, and with the beauty of this world.

When we lost 90 percent of our business in 2020 and 60 percent in 2021, our Valle Crucis family kept us afloat. In 2023, with the addition of much needed repairs and maintenance on our historic buildings, our finances continue to suffer with long-Covid like symptoms.

The incredible generosity of hundreds of donors has literally kept our doors open and our staff employed, while striving to meet the standard of a living wage for all of our employees.
