Growing up as a pastor’s kid meant that church has always been an important part of my life.  Attending church was not always something I was thrilled about, but as I have grown my relationship with Jesus Christ it has become dearer to me.  I am excited to be involved in ministering at my church and finding ways to serve the Lord.  One of the opportunities that my church has offered to me is serving on the tech team.  My time on the tech team has provided me with experience utilizing different types of equipment and it has helped me realize the importance of technology in the ministry of my church.  Even though the tech team serves behind the scenes, I know that it is a strategic part of serving my church family.

This summer I will be taking part in the Momentum Worship Tech Travel Team.  The Tech Travel Team will provide me with the opportunity to travel through Ohio and Indiana learning about using technology to further the ministries of a church.  I will also be receiving instruction in the Bible and be able to form new relationships with other Christian teenagers from across the country.

I am in need of two forms of support.  First, there is a need for prayer support.  Over the weeks on the travel team, I want to grow in my relationship with Jesus and develop my tech skills to enable me to serve Him more effectively.  Therefore, I am asking people to pray for my spiritual growth.  Second, there is a need for financial support.  I need to raise money to cover the cost of this ministry.  Any amount that can be given is greatly appreciated.
