THE 2024 FIREBIRD FESTIVAL HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO FEBRUARY 1, 2025 DUE TO THE ONGOING BURN BAN IN CHESTER COUNTY.

Thank you for taking part in the 2024 Phoenixville Firebird Festival. Please indicate your involvement and submit payment.

FOOD VENDORS

• $250 for 10'x10', $150 for each additional 10'x10' space

• Proof of Chester County Health Department Certification, either Annual Mobile or Temporary Day-of (apply with Chester County Health Department 4 to 6 weeks in advance)

CRAFT VENDORS

• $150 for a 10'x10' tabletop booth space and access to generator (you need to provide your own pop-up canopy)

• Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees as additionally insured
