About the Challenge
Embrace Pet Insurance is excited to present the fifth annual EmbraceCLE Community Challenge, a fun and competitive fundraising event where local nonprofits go head-to-head to raise the most money to support their missions. Not only do participants keep everything they raise, but top organizations also score cash prizes from Embrace Pet Insurance. With up to $80,000 in grand prizes and Bonus Challenges on the line, it’s all about helping these Cleveland nonprofits further their amazing work!
The program will be launching on Tuesday, October 1nd, at 12pm ET and runs through October 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 pm ET. Charities are split into two competing tiers: Small but Mighty and The Big Dogs.

Weekly Bonus Challenges
Weekly bonus challenges offer up an additional $20k in prizes.
**Each Bonus challenge starts at 9 AM the starting day, and ends at 12 PM the last day.
Bonus Challenge 1: Fast Start Challenge
Dates: October 7-13
- Challenge: The first 3 organizations in each tier (Small but Mighty and The Big Dogs) to raise at least $300 will receive $1000 each.
- Winners: 3 winners in Small but Mighty + 3 winners in The Big Dogs
- Total Prize Money: 6 winners × $1000 = $6,000
Bonus Challenge 2: Fundraising Milestone Challenge
Dates: October 14-20
- Challenge: The first 3 organizations in each tier (Small but Mighty and The Big Dogs) to raise at least $500 will each receive $1,000 each.
- Winners: 3 winners in Small but Mighty + 3 winners in The Big Dogs
- Total Prize Money: 6 winners × $1,000 = $6,000
Bonus Challenge 3: Unique Donations Challenge
Dates: October 21-27
- Challenge: Organizations that receive at least 10 unique donations during this week will be entered into a draw to win one of six $700 prizes.
- Winners: 6 winners (3 in Small but Mighty and 3 in The Big Dogs)
- Total Prize Money: 6 winners × $700 = $4,200
Prizes
There are first, second, and third place prizes per tier. The winning charities per tier that raise the most online during the challenge win the following grand prizes:
First place: $15,000
Second place: $10,000
Third place: $5,000
And, there will be weekly Bonus Challenges for charities to win an additional $20,000. These Bonus Challenges will be emailed to participating organizations on the first Monday of each week through the Challenge Period.
The best part: even if a charity doesn't win any of the grand prize money, they still get to keep the money raised during the campaign!
