In 2023, the incredible SD Gunner Fund community made a powerful impact by eliminating local pediatric medical debt, bringing relief to FIVE local families with special needs children.

As the holiday season approaches, we're rallying SD Gunner Fund supporters once again to provide necessary medical debt relief for local special needs families.

Did you know that 1 in 5 families have special needs children and 40% of those families are struggling financially? Many are forced to delay paying medical and pediatric therapy bills, put it on a credit card, or challenge the bill.

The results are simply heartbreaking. Thankfully, through our Holiday Blessings Campaign, there is something you can do to help.
