Thank you to all of my friends and family who donated to my one day ride last year. I’m upping the ante this year and bicycling from Pittsburgh to Washington DC to raise money for Haiti H2O.
Biking to DC has been a dream of mine for many years. This ride gives me the opportunity to accomplish 3 very important things; help repair the world, bicycle and have fun.
Haiti H20 is a development organization based in Pittsburgh (in my neighborhood). The organization invests in Haitian-led solutions for remote villages through construction, agriculture, healthcare, and micro-business projects. Haiti H2O invests the money raised to impact the lives of people in rural Haiti! Because this is a hyper-local organization in Haiti, the money raised goes directly to people in need of resources.
