The Hands On Atlanta Civic Leadership Program, powered by Constellation, trains volunteer leaders while supporting the needs of nonprofit and school partners. Participants begin as Civic Fellows and develop into Civic Leaders through ongoing leadership training, experiential learning, and mentoring provided by Hands On Atlanta staff, alumni and partners.

In 2023, 18 Civic Fellows engaged over 2,000 volunteers to serve more than 6,000 hours - saving our partners $170,000 in volunteer labor. In addition, they raised $18,000 for Hands On Atlanta. We’re excited to see the impact our 2024 cohort will create across metro Atlanta.
