🌱 Join us in cultivating an abundant farming year in 2024 with Sow Therapeutic! 🌱

Welcome to Sow Therapeutic, where we believe in supporting everyone’s well-being through inclusive nature-based practices focused on mental health, gardening, and sustainability. 

As we embark on our journey into 2024, we are excited to announce our annual seed donation campaign. With your support, these seeds will flourish exponentially, yielding a bountiful harvest of vegetables and flowers that will grace our Farmacy stands (where everything is free!) and nourish our community.

Every dollar you contribute will directly fund the purchase of seeds for the upcoming year. In 2023, we hosted 10 Farmacy stands and gave 879 lbs of free fruits and vegetables to 245 different households. Your generosity will ensure that our Farmacy stands are always stocked with fresh produce.

And our vision extends beyond just seeds. Any donations exceeding our goal will be wisely allocated to acquire other essential supplies for the year ahead. Mainly this will go to compost, tarps, tools, harvesting containers, and storage containers to preserve our harvest. Every contribution will support us in reaching more people in 2024!
