Join CARE for the Cape & Islands on November 21st for the 2024 Stewardship Awards Autumn Soiree from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at The 204 in Harwich.

CARE’s Annual Stewardship Award recognizes leaders, organizations and students who dedicate themselves to environmental and cultural sustainability measures, show a commitment to caring for the Cape and Islands, and have adopted day-to-day practices that fit CARE’s mission to preserve and enhance its natural environment, culture or history.

CARE is proud to recognize this year's recipients:

CARE Legacy Award: Patti Lloyd, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce (ret.)

Stewardship Award: The Green Center, Inc.

Youth Stewardship Award: Jessie Swain/Nauset HS Green Club - presented in partnership with Cape Cod Young Professionals. Sponsored by Vineyard Wind.

Guests will enjoy a selection of Hog Island Brewery craft beers, wine, and light hors d'oeuvres from Cape Roots Market as we celebrate the stewards of our coastal community! There will be a raffle for a Cape and Islands Staycation package sponsored by Shoreway Acres Inn & Cape Cod Lodging, the opportunity to pursue a unique Reduce, Reuse, Recycle silent auction, and a display by Seaside Botanical Art by Stephanie King highlighting the connection of nature and art.
