My name is Yehudah.

The indigenous people and local farmers of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta Colombia changed my life forever after I accidentally arrived there 4 years ago from New York.

After a magical 4 years of life changing events and experiences, I now work, inspired by their lifelong efforts and hard work, to bring this high quality, single-origin ceremonial grade Cacao to the United States.

This Cacao is so special for many reasons: It grows in an agroforest - a biodiverse ecosystem based on permaculture principles of sustainability - which is the most beneficial way to grow nutrient-rich food while sustaining a nutrient-rich soil free of pesticides and chemicals.

From the bean to the bar, this cacao is cultivated with ethical farming, fair trade practices, and spiritual care and intention of the local Colombian & indigenous farmers in the region. This labor is aligned with our principles of sustainability and is in harmony with the surrounding environment and peoples of the land. Our mission is to create sustainable economies for their communities while calling more love into the world through this beautiful heart opening cacao.

This medicinal heart superfood has helped my life and the lives of many, but it is just the beginning. I dream of a world in which we all can live more honestly and authentically from the love of in hearts instead of the fear in our minds. When we can celebrate our differences and the diverse colors that make us one beautiful humanity. When we can bring light to our shadows and love all the places, people and things we deem undesirable or not deserving of our love.

As we continue to grow food forests of cacao alongside other endemic trees, we are actively supporting the indigenous & local farmers uphold their traditional practices which are so good for our soil and soul. We don't need to dream anymore. Let’s act and create the world we want to live in. As the ancient adage goes, "One who plants trees in whose shade they shall never sit, has only begun to understand the meaning of life."
