Thank you for taking part in the 2025 Phoenixville Firebird Festival. Please indicate your involvement and submit payment.

FOOD VENDORS

• $250 for 10'x10', $150 for each additional 10'x10' space

• Proof of Chester County Health Department Certification, either Annual Mobile or Temporary Day-of (apply with Chester County Health Department 4 to 6 weeks in advance)

CRAFT VENDORS

• $150 for a 10'x10' tabletop booth space and access to generator (you need to provide your own pop-up canopy)

• Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees as additionally insured
