WHY AM I DONATING?
Fairbanks Elementary PTO hosts the Mumkin Fundraiser every year and it is the main fundraiser that provides the budget for our PTO to function for the school year. With this fundraiser we are able to pay for K-5 field trip busing, provide special student assemblies, host our student's favorite events such as our Winter Whirl and Spring Fling activities, supply the publishing shop with materials, purchase recess balls and supplies, as well as after school club supplies. We also provide grade level incentives as well as teacher and support staff stipends to additionally support their classrooms. We purchase special licensing for Destination Imagination, Movie licensure for the school year and host a number of family fun events throughout the school year.
YOUR DONATION & STUDENT INCENTIVES
For every mum sold there is a percentage that is donated to our organization. Students are rewarded with prize levels for the number of mums they sell. So we have determined a how we can include the financial donations to be included in the prize levels.
We will calculate the student's mum sales and total financial donations together and apply them to the prize structure below:
2025 - 2026 PRIZE LEVELS:Total Donations Raised / Total Mums Sold * Starred Items are provided by Foertmeyer and must be the number of mums sold - Dollar donations do not apply to receive those specific prizes
• $5 - $24 / 1-4 Mums: Student earns popcorn treat at lunch
• $25-$49 / 5-9 Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch and your choice of 1 x*
• $50-74 / 10-14 Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch, x* and x*
• $75-$124 / 15-24 Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch, 1 x, 1x and invite to SLIME TIME!
• $125-$174 / 25-34 Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch, 1 x, invite to SLIME TIME and 1 Whits Icecream Voucher
• $175-$249 / 35-49 Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch, 1 x, Plant Pal, invite to SLIME TIME, 1 Whits Icecream Voucher and Fairbanks CamelBack Water Bottle
• $250+ / 50+ Mums: Student earns popcorn at lunch, 1 x, 1 x, invite to SLIME TIME, Whits Icecream Voucher, Fairbanks CamelBack Water Bottle and your choice of a T-Shirt From Spirit Store
