Whether they want to make a difference on a grand scale or a more intimate one, students in the Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences have unlimited opportunities! From internships to fieldwork to study abroad experiences, service learning opportunities and student organization participation, the community is their classroom.

The Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences

The Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences offers undergraduate programs in the areas of Anthropology and Geography, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Higher Education and Community Engagement, Middle-Level Education, Political Science, Special Education, Physical Education, and Sociology.

The College's graduate programs include Master of Arts in Teaching, M.Ed.in Counseling, M.Ed. Educational Leadership, M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, Educational Specialist in Instructional Technology, M.Ed. in Special Education, M.Ed. in STEM Education, M.Ed. in Language, Literacy and Culture, and Ph.D. in Education Sciences.

The College also offers certificate programs and includes CoastalLIFE, a four-year, tuition-based, post-secondary education and transition program for young adults who have a mild to moderate intellectual and/or developmental disability. Learn more about our programs.
