When I founded Grand Expectations in late 2021, it began with a simple but powerful belief: that every person—no matter their circumstances—deserves the opportunity to build a stable, empowered life.

We started small.

In 2022, we helped just five families. Today, because of supporters like you, we’ve grown into a trusted anchor for over 40 families annually, offering crisis assistance, emergency housing support, recovery coaching, and life skills development. So far in 2025, we've provided over $67,000 in direct assistance, launched mentorship and recovery programs, and held life skills workshops that equip our participants for long-term success.

But our work is far from done.
