Why do I love this organization? They make a lasting difference in the lives of women and children that were homeless and without hope!  

How?
Hope House provides women, that have fallen on hard times, with a place to live for up to 2 years while teaching them how to live independently and productively in the community. It is a safe, transitional shelter that allows time to learn essential life skills. These women are given help filling out job applications, transportation to job interviews, and then shown how to budget their money and eventually save! The program includes mandatory life application classes including a range of topics: parenting, finances, nutrition, self defense…to name a few.
