Please read this email thoroughly for information about accessing the 2025 Historic Homes Tour booklet and homes.

Save your confirmation email! You will need it to pick up your tour booklet and/or to enter the lecture hall (if included with your ticket).

Please remember to bring your confirmation email to check-in for the Lecture on September 8th. Doors open at 5 PM, Lecture 6-7:30 PM. Please note that the lecture is a SEPERATE event and requires a ticket purchase. Lecture tickets can be purchased separately through the original ticket link.

If you only purchased a lecture ticket, and do not plan to attend the 2025 Historic Homes Tour, you can skip the rest of this email.

Important: All Historic Homes Tour attendees must show their ticket booklet check-in of each property.

Guests who prefer to attend and use our paperless QR code option for their ticket booklet, must START YOUR TOUR at the 1879 Avery House to receive your pass. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

Ticket purchasers who prefer a paperless option may use a QR code to access tour booklet information. QR codes and links will be emailed to ticket holders the week of the tour.

Guests who purchased an online ticket and plan to pickup their booklet the day of the tour, Saturday September, 13th. - you must START YOUR TOUR at the 1879 Avery House to receive your ticket. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

With a ticket booklet in hand, you may start at ANY location on the tour route.

Ticket Booklets may be picked up early on the 12th or on the day of the tour.

Booklet Pickup Information:

Friday, September 12 | 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the 1879 Avery House
Saturday, September 13 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the 1879 Avery House or 1883 Water Works (during tour hours only)
Pre-Tour Lecture Attendees: Historic Homes Tour Booklets may be picked up before the lecture at Twinberry Auditorium on September 8th PRIOR to the lecture .
