In February, more than 300 passionate students and dedicated administrators gathered with one common goal: to deepen their commitment to service, action, and advocacy. Together, they explored bold ideas and meaningful change through 31 transformative workshops, 15 immersive hands-on sessions, and 9 thought-provoking roundtable discussions—led by over 118 dynamic presenters.

For over 40 years, the IMPACT Conference has been a catalyst for cultivating community-minded, service-driven leaders. We are committed to empowering the next generation by creating spaces where students are inspired, volunteers are celebrated, and leadership is reimagined.

What is IMPACT?

The IMPACT Conference is a volunteer-led and student-centered service, action and advocacy conference in the nation. Each year we have united hundreds of students and service learning, civic, and student engagement administrators and faculty to learn from each other, no matter where they are on their service and advocacy journey.

Our mission is to create a reflective learning space that centers student voices while challenging their understanding of service, action, and advocacy in pursuit of social justice. Our vision is to see generations of learners leading inclusive social change movements, liberating themselves, and their communities. We have accomplished this with our core values on the forefront: Liberation, Students, Local Intentionality, Collaboration, and Aspiration.
