Real estate has always been more than bricks and leases to me; it’s about people, purpose, and possibility.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve built a career in several real estate asset classes working for Wall Street investment firms, national REITs, and now in the healthcare industry. Today, I serve as the Real Estate Asset Manager for Main Line Health, a not-for-profit health system serving the Philadelphia region and the tri-state area. In this role, I’ve seen how thoughtful property management can shape how we live, work, connect, and even how we heal. In many ways, real estate is to a community what anatomy is to a physician: foundational, functional, and deeply human.
Having studied Real Estate at NYU, I know firsthand the value of quality education and professional development. IREM has been instrumental in my journey. As a recipient of IREM Foundation scholarships, I experienced how removing financial barriers can unlock potential. From my first IREM meeting in New York City to my first Tri-State Conference in Atlantic City, I’ve been welcomed by a network of professionals who are not only committed to excellence but also to each other and to the communities we serve.
Now, I’m participating in the Impact Icon Challenge to raise scholarship funds for the IREM Foundation. This is my opportunity to give back and pay it forward to help future property managers and real estate leaders access the same opportunities that shaped my path. These scholarships open doors, especially for those who may not have access to traditional pathways into the industry.
I believe in mentorship, education, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. If you share that belief, I invite you to support my campaign. Together, we can build a more inclusive, innovative, and resilient future for real estate management.
Let’s make an impact—one scholarship at a time.
