As a residential property owner, I know finding good property managers is hard. Good managers make buildings successful and neighborhoods better places to live. I joined the IREM Foundation because we need more trained managers. Well-managed properties attract and retain the best renters. This keeps market values up. Poor management hurts entire neighborhoods. The Foundation provides access to teach future managers and provides scholarships. This matters because property managers care for millions of people's homes. What I like most is that the Foundation provides access to teach managers to help their communities, not just make money. Great management helps neighborhoods grow stronger. When I support the Foundation, I contribute to building a better future. Today's students become tomorrow's community leaders.
