David Burgos' Story

The Kyle Pease Foundation is an organization that I have been very passionate about since discovering their mission back in 2019. What began as running a 5k has turned into me becoming an Ambassador to assist KPF in its mission to provide opportunities of inclusion for athletes with disabilities through sports. Not only have I been passionate about working with the many KPF athletes that we serve, but I have also enjoyed working and building relationships with the many family members that are part of the lives of each athlete. It makes me feel good that I am able to help make a difference! The many finish lines that we cross with our athletes is not possible without the generous contributions that we receive from our local community. With the gifts that we receive, we are able to provide opportunities for inclusion at races, provide employment opportunities and grants, maintain racing equipment, and provide any medical needs that our athletes may need.
