The Diabetes Family Connection is on a mission to positively transform the lives of people living with type 1 diabetes and their families through the power of community. Join us via Zoom for our March Coffee & Conversation!! Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole time. Meet other people living with T1D, their parents, grandparents, & caregivers who are navigating type 1 diabetes. This month our special guest speaker is Juliet Kuehnle is a National Board Certified Counselor and mental health therapist. Join us for this dynamic discussion that will break down several mental health buzzwords, including self-care, boundaries, and burnout. We'll explore what these important terms actually mean and what they can look like for each individual. Participants will leave with practical strategies and renewed commitment to tending to their mental health. These FREE monthly events are for adults living with T1D and those caring for someone with T1D; some will be offered in-person and others virtually. Join us to offer support, get support, or just your monthly dose of PMA. We can't wait to see you.
