Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t imagine a day without the unconditional love they bring. I’m lucky to share my life with three incredible golden retrievers—Dublin, Thor, and Rocky. Dublin, my sweet senior, has been by my side through life’s ups and downs, while Thor and Rocky, both rescues, have shown me just how resilient and loving dogs can be, even after facing difficult beginnings. Each of them has their own personality, but they all have one thing in common: their boundless ability to give love, no matter what.

That’s why I’m fundraising for the 2025 Mutt March, which benefits the Senior Dog Sanctuary of Maryland. Senior dogs like Dublin hold a special place in my heart—they’ve given so much of themselves over the years, and they deserve to spend their golden years surrounded by love, warmth, and dignity. Sadly, many older dogs find themselves in shelters, often overlooked because of their age. The Senior Dog Sanctuary steps in to provide these incredible animals with the care they need and the second chance they deserve.
