We're running again!

After another successful run in the 2024 TCS NYC Marathon, Team QSAC is back as a Charity Partner in the 2025 United Airlines Half Marathon, which will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Team QSAC will be led again by QSAC's CEO, Lisa Veglia, to raise Autism Acceptance and money to support QSAC's programs and services across NYC and Long Island.

Join us in supporting Lisa Veglia and the rest of Team QSAC as they run on behalf of the more than 2,700 children and adults with autism who are served by QSAC. The fundraising efforts of Team QSAC will benefit QSAC's programs and services throughout New York City and Long Island.

Your generosity will help us get off to a running start. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of people with autism and their families.

UPDATE 2/6/2025: Join us in cheering Team QSAC as they come down 7th Avenue. Meet us at 57th & 7th on the west side of 7th. we will have some signs and some cowbells too.

ABOUT QSAC

QSAC is a New York City and Long Island-based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

QSAC was founded in 1978 by a group of parents confronted with limited-service options for their children with autism. Today, QSAC provides direct services to more than 2,700 children and adults throughout the region.

QSAC pursues its mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Programs for children include early intervention, preschool, school, after school, and in-home educational and support services. QSAC’s adult programs include supportive living, skill development programs, vocational training, job placement, and in-home services.
