Running has an incredible power—not just for physical health but for mental well-being. I know this firsthand, as running has been one of the most powerful tools in my own journey with mental health. It provides clarity, resilience, and strength, helping people navigate life’s challenges.
This March, I am running the 2025 UA NYC Half Marathon to raise money for Still I Run, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental illness and promoting running as a tool for mental health. Their mission deeply resonates with me, and I’m proud to support their work.
The issues that matter most to me:
- Increasing awareness and understanding of mental health.
- Making it easier to talk openly about our own mental health challenges
- Providing resources and support for those struggling.
- Encouraging and supporting the use of running as part of mental health care.
My goal is to get 100 donations of $18 — a meaningful number representing life and resilience. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps Still I Run expand its programs, provide resources to those in need, and keeps the conversation about mental health going.
If you believe in the power of running and the importance of mental health, I would be grateful for your support.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me!
