2025/26 Indoor Session Sept-Jan

When checking out, Our giving platform, Givebutter, asks to "Add a Tip to Support Givebutter's Free Fundraising Service." This does NOT go to Rudderville Running Club. You can select "Other" from the dropdown and then enter "0" for the tip amount to opt out. 

$300-the fall/winter session is a great opportunity for athletes to train, compete in the indoor track season, and prepare for spring track and field season. Athletes will be responsible for paying for entry fees for any indoor meets (Dec-Feb) but will be entered under Rudderville Track and Field. These fees are decided by the meet host and range from $15-40 per meet. Rudderville Track Club will collect those fees from each individual who chooses to compete (which is 100% optional), and then pay as a club to the meet director. Training is 3-4x/week.

All Rudderville Athletes will receive access to our private app with valuable information including videos to workouts designed specifically for the club. New members receive: a book with tips for training, nutritional guidance, hydration information, sleep guidance, workouts, helpful recipes for the runner, and a training log. A sample nutrition snack bag, & water bottle, will also be provided to all Rudderville athletes to optimize training. Depending on which session you join, you may receive additional tools for your training. 

All athletes who choose to compete indoors are required to wear a matching uniform. If they do not have one from the previous season, they will have to purchase one for $60.
