Dominique Pelletier's Story

As we all remember, last May we lost a community hero in Trooper First Class Aaron Pelletier, my beloved husband and the amazing father to our two boys. Thanks to the generosity of many, the Y was able to take care of my boys camp and child care needs all year long. As a thank you to the community for such heartwarming generosity and support, my team will be plunging in Aaron's honor to help raise money for other families in need of camp scholarships in the summer of 2025. I am so grateful for all of the compassion and kindness shown by the entire Southington community and would like to “pay it forward” by braving the Sloper Plunge and supporting those who have helped my family in our most challenging days.
