If you're not familiar with The Womxn Project (TWP), you should be. TWP blends public art with public policy to further reproductive rights, the right to gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ rights, and healthcare access for all Rhode Islanders.

I have been supporting them for years, and I'm proud of what we've accomplished together.

We were integral to the passage of the Reproductive Privacy Act (RPA) in 2019, which kept Rhode Islanders' right to abortion safe when Roe v. Wade was overturned.
TWP's dynamic campaigning saw the Equality in Abortion Coverage Act (EACA) signed into law in 2023, expanding Medicaid coverage to include abortion access for those who could otherwise not afford care.

The Womxn Project and their coalition partners built momentum and applied pressure in support of Rhode Island Voting Rights Act (RIVRA) even before any bills were announced, and they are currently deep in an ongoing campaign in support of the bills.

They've done so much with so little, and I hope you'll add your support to mine to keep changing laws in Rhode Island.
