CPCS Alliance Annual Pledge

We hope you enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation and time together this summer. Every great thing that happens within our walls, the moments of discovery in the classroom, the performances on stage, the friendships forged on the playground, the hands-on learning in our outdoor spaces — is made possible not just by our top-notch staff, but by this community, and we appreciate your continued support.

This year, for our 20-year anniversary, we are sticking with our ambitious fundraising goal of $85,000. This funding will go directly toward our initiatives, ensuring that every student has the richest possible experience in the year ahead.

This year we’re returning to our tiers of support — each one unlocking access to our events throughout the year as a small token of our gratitude:

Exclusive benefits will be included for families participating in the Annual Pledge as follows:

Annual Pledge of $400 or more: Family admission to Fall Walk, Family Fun Night (x2), 1 entry for the Running Crab 5K, and paid annual Alliance dues.
Annual Pledge of $300-$399: Family admission to Fall Walk, Family Fun Night (x2), and paid annual Alliance dues.
Annual Pledge of $150-$299: Family admission to Fall Walk & paid annual Alliance dues.

Our Challenge: 100% Participation

We know that every family's circumstances are different. What’s meaningful to us, is that every family participates—whether you contribute $500, $250, $25, or $1 – each amount helps our school achieve its goal!

This year's fundraising goal is $85,000! These funds directly support:

Our building - keeping its learning spaces safe and well maintained for our 540 students.	Classroom resources and teacher development to support our staff while they teach and enrich our students.
Subsidies for our unique field studies to ensure students can experience the joy of connecting classroom learning to real applications among their peers through field studies and other opportunities.	The bi-annual Project Electives program runs on volunteer hours and funds to assist our elective leaders.

As a school of choice, we exist because families like yours believe in our mission. When 100% of our families participate, we send a powerful message about the strength and dedication of our community. Funders will often inquire about demonstrated family support and we absolutely need grants to continue our work within our building to support our schools mission. Just as important, it showcases our ability to come together for a common goal: investing in our children's education. We know that we can count on your support!

Your annual pledge can be completed as a one-time or recurring donation online or via check mailed directly to the school (Please make checks out to CCSA).

The Chesapeake Charter School Alliance is a non-profit with 501(c)(3) status with the IRS; all donations made to us are tax-deductible to you.
