2026 ABMS Spring Festival Sponsors

Dear Community Friends,

Armand Bayou Montessori School, located at 16204 Hickory Knoll in Clear Lake, is holding a School Festival on April 18th, 2026. We are very excited to take this time to celebrate a great year of learning and growth for all of our students.

The festival serves two purposes. One, it is a great opportunity for our children to have fun outside the classroom with their friends and family. The other is to raise funds to purchase items from each classroom’s wish list.  All of our children benefit from the proceeds of the festival.

Each year we are fortunate to receive sponsorship from local businesses and our families to underwrite the general costs of the festival or sponsor a specific attraction during the event. Local businesses and parents have also donated numerous items for the raffle.

Please see the Underwriting Opportunities listed below for the different ways that you can help support our children with this year’s festival. All sponsors will be graciously acknowledged both during and after the festival.

Underwriting Opportunities
Carnival Grand Sponsor: $1,000 (ONLY ONE AVAILABLE)
As the Carnival Grand Sponsor, you will receive a personalized banner to be displayed in a prominent location the day of the carnival and top-billing on a Community Sponsor banner to be displayed on-site at the school through next year’s carnival.  You will also be acknowledged during the carnival and in all materials distributed to the carnival attendees.

Main Attraction Sponsor: $750 (FOUR AVAILABLE)
Our Main Attraction Sponsors will receive top-billing on an all-sponsor banner to be displayed in a prominent location the day of the carnival. You will also be represented on a Community Sponsor banner to be displayed on-site at the school through next year’s carnival.  You will also be featured and in all materials distributed to the carnival attendees.. Your company name and logo will be displayed at the area your sponsorship is located.

Games & Activity Sponsor: $500 (TEN AVAILABLE)
Our Games & Activities Sponsors will also receive recognition on an all-sponsor banner to be displayed in a prominent location the day of the carnival.  You will also be featured and in all materials distributed to the carnival attendees. Your company name and logo will be displayed at the area your sponsorship is located.
Sponsorships at this level include:

**Scavenger Hunt**  **Kiddie Spa & Salon** T-Shirt Sponsor

Community Sponsor: $250
Our Games & Activities Sponsors will also receive recognition on an all-sponsor banner to be displayed in a prominent location the day of the carnival.  You will also be featured and in all materials distributed to the carnival attendees.
Sponsorships at this level help towards overall operation expenses of the Carnival.

In-Kind Donations: Amount Varies
All local businesses that provide in-kind donations will also receive recognition in all materials distributed to the carnival attendees, as well as on a sign at the Silent Auction and Raffle Area.

Our mission is supported by Friends of ABMS,  501(c)(3) nonprofit, therefore your generous gift is tax-deductible; making it a wonderful way to support the school while receiving a benefit in return.
