Introducing Arts Weekend | September 18–20

Exciting news, artists! The Haywood County Studio Tour is back—and bigger than ever! In 2026, we’re expanding this beloved event into a full Arts Weekend, creating a countywide celebration of creativity.

What You Need to Know:

Simplified Studio Fees: Solo and shared studios are now a flat $100 fee—simple and straightforward, for current HCAC artist members. If you'd like to become an artist member, please email Lauren at Artist@HaywoodArts.org for more information.
Expanded Participation: Non-HCAC artists can join the Tour for a $150 participation fee, bringing even more creativity to the weekend.

Why the Fee Matters:
Your participation fee goes directly toward marketing the event and covering costs for the full-color Studio Tour brochure and map, which we provide free to all visitors. This ensures your work is seen by the largest audience possible and helps make the weekend a professional, polished experience for every artist.

Optional Shared Studio Spaces:
Artists who wish can share a studio space with others. Each artist is still highlighted individually in our marketing, and it’s completely optional. Sharing a space can be a fun way to connect with fellow artists and offer visitors more to see, but you are in full control of how you participate.

With more artists, nonprofits, and businesses joining, there are more ways than ever for the community and visitors to connect with your work. From open studios and artist demonstrations to hands-on activities, the weekend is designed to showcase the vibrant creativity of Haywood County.
